Associate Counsel

Dana J. Goodfellow is Associate Counsel with Reed Pope Law Corporation.  Dana’s practice focuses in the areas of local government law and estate and trust litigation, including:

  • Enforcement of local government bylaws through the civil injunction, long-form information, municipal ticket information, Community Charter notice against title and remedial action process
  • Commencing and facilitating expropriations for local governments
  • Work with local governments and Councillors related to Councillor orientation and Councillor conflicts of interest and duties
  • Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act requests and Access to Information Act submissions
  • Estate and trust litigation, including wills variation, breach of fiduciary duty, unjust enrichment, committee applications, passing of accounts and estate and trust administration

Dana has practiced in small, medium and large national firms in Vancouver and Victoria and as senior legal counsel in the enforcement division of the British Columbia Securities Commission, legal counsel to the Director of Civil Forfeiture within the office of the Attorney General of BC and as Federal Crown Counsel.
