Jack Palmer is an Associate at Reed Pope Law Corporation, practicing in the firm’s Business Law Group. Jack’s practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial matters including:

  • Formation and ongoing maintenance of corporate entities
  • Mergers and acquisitions, including business succession
  • Corporate reorganizations
  • Equity and debt financings

Before joining Reed Pope, Jack worked in Vancouver for one of Canada’s leading business law firms, where he focused on public and private M&A, capital markets, corporate finance and general corporate and commercial matters. Before returning to school to pursue a law degree, Jack played in the Western Hockey League for the Brandon Wheat Kings and the Victoria Royals. Nowadays, Jack enjoys spending his free time exploring Vancouver Island with his wife and daughter as well as golfing with friends.
