R. Keith Reed*

Founder and Senior Associate Counsel

R. Keith Reed* is a founding member and Senior Associate Counsel of the Firm, focusing on business law including support, reorganization, succession planning, and financing for established and start-up businesses, as well as assisting private investors and managing investment vehicles with adherence to securities laws primarily in Canada.

He also supports clients, including First Nations, with business formation, development, commercial real estate, and financing transactions. He advises on negotiating and structuring business contracts and relationships, including cross-border matters, and coordinates with local counsel and experts through a professional network.

His experience includes leadership roles in real estate, tourism, and construction companies, board memberships in investment and technology firms, and participation in various community and professional organizations. His approach emphasizes satisfying legal requirements while emphasizing support for his client business objectives.

He holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, a MA from Concordia University, and a BA from Royal Military College. He is called to the British Columbia Bar. He is a member of several professional associations, including the Canadian Bar Association, Canadian Tax Foundation, American Bar Association, Law Society of British Columbia, and Institute of Corporate Directors.
