Sarah Fryling is an Associate at Reed Pope Law Corporation in the firm’s Business Law and Real Estate Law groups. She assists clients with a broad range of business and real estate matters, including:

• Corporate governance, structuring, and reorganizations
• Joint ventures, partnerships, and co-ownership arrangements
• General business and commercial matters
• Contract negotiation and drafting
• Purchases, sales, and financing of commercial and residential real estate
• All aspects of land title practice, including subdivisions, easements, rights of way, covenants, statutory building schemes, and leases

Before joining Reed Pope, Sarah spent several years as a business manager in the United States, working in the design, development, and construction industries. Her role combined operational, financial, and commercial responsibilities, including managing human resources, generating accounting records and financial statements, negotiating contracts, working with international clients, and drafting standard-form and bespoke agreements for use across jurisdictions.

Outside the office, Sarah enjoys camping, working her way through a reading list that shows little respect for genre boundaries, hunting for beach glass with her very large Great Dane–Shepherd rescue, and cooking enough food to feed a small country (or at least two teenagers).
