Laura Kumpf

Principal

Laura Kumpf (Lefebvre) is a business lawyer with Reed Pope Law Corporation. Laura supports entrepreneurs, private companies and family-owned businesses throughout all stages of the business life cycle.

Laura’s expertise includes the following:

  • Acting as general corporate counsel for companies
  • Advising on business formation, ownership structures and corporate governance
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including shareholder agreements
  • Representing clients acquiring or selling businesses in a broad range of industries
  • Implementing corporate reorganizations and facilitating business succession

With M&A experience at a leading national firm and an education in business, clients appreciate Laura’s practical and collaborative approach to transactions.

Laura enjoys exploring the outdoors with her partner and two young children including hiking or snowboarding in the mountains or kayaking in Tod Inlet.
