Our Team
Trevor is a principal at Reed Pope Law Corporation and leads both the Strata Law and Litigation and Risk Management Groups. He is the author of the Strata Management chapter of the British Columbia Strata Property Practice Manual published by The Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia. He has advised 100s of strata corporations on the application of the Strata Property Act and as a Chartered Insurance Professional has a thorough understanding of the law of insurance.
Mary has decades of experience in Strata Law, is a member of the editorial board for the British Columbia Strata Property Practice Manual and is a regular contributor to Quickscribe.
Michelle enjoys educating strata corporations on the intersection of the law and their prior experiences and future goals. She provides practical advice to strata corporations that are anticipating or in the midst of transition points.
Jonathan is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and a recent arrival on Vancouver Island. Jonathan is keenly interested in working with owners to build community and foster effective decision-making.
Terry is the primary paralegal for the Strata Law group. Prior to joining Reed Pope, he was an active strata manager (2010-2021), a rental property manager (2012-2021) and a managing broker (2012-2021). Throughout his career, Terry has advised 100s of strata corporations and has acted as the chair for uncounted general and strata council meetings.
Suzanne Byfield-Malcolm is the Strata Team Coordinator. Suzanne combines her formal education (she has both a Masters of Business Administration and a Project Management Professional Certification) with her practical approach to keep the Strata Law Group coordinated and productive. She enjoys her frequent contact with clients.
