OUR BUSINESS LAW DEPARTMENT is led by R. KEITH REED and provides a broad range of enterprise organization, and corporate finance and transaction services. Our business law lawyers are involved in the day-to-day activities of our clients and advise them throughout the life cycle of their business. We provide advice relating to the creation, structuring, governance, and financing of businesses, as well as advice relating to business acquisitions, divestitures, and wind-ups. Clients use our legal knowledge and experience as a tool to leverage their own strategy and business solutions.

When business problems arise, our practitioners offer a wide range of dispute resolution strategies: negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation at all levels of court. We offer seasoned representation in commercial litigation, including multi-party builders lien claims, complex construction litigation, real property litigation, and warranty claims.
