Mary A. M. Brunton

MARY A. M. BRUNTON, A FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL OF REED POPE LAW CORPORATION, has 34 years of experience in BC's legal community, including 23 years in private practice. Mary's practice areas include real estate development, strata law and dispute resolution. She is a multi-faceted practitioner in the Land Development department. Mary's knowledge of BC's Real Estate Development Marketing Act and the Strata Property Act allows her to find creative answers, anticipate problems and achieve effective solutions to the challenges clients face. Whether in the land development context or the strata development context, Mary has particular proficiency in BC's statutory framework and regularly advises clients on the application of statutory requirements as well as statutory compliance.  When land development or strata problems arise, her background in dispute resolution is of particular benefit to clients.
