Craig Vaughan is an Associate in Reed Pope’s Dispute Resolution Group. He practices largely in the areas of corporate commercial, real estate, and construction disputes. He has appeared in the Provincial and Supreme Court levels in British Columbia conducting both chambers proceedings and trials. He has also appeared on a number of occasions in the B.C. Court of Appeal.
During law school, Craig was active in the Pro Bono Students of Canada; completed a summer internship in Hong Kong in the area of corporate civil litigation; and attended the Law Centre Program thrusting him into court while still attending school. Since, and during law school, he has been largely involved in the Canadian Bar Association British Columbia Young Lawyers’ section, serving on the executive for approximately five years and two years as section chair.
Craig was born and raised in Victoria and as such, is attuned to the diverse and unique features of the community. He is an avid traveler who enjoys seeing the world with his spouse and young child. He has strong ties to Hong Kong and Asia, typically visiting annually.
